About Marley Spoon:

  • Is Marley Spoon a subscription service?
    Each week you'll automatically receive great dishes, but as a flexible subscription, you can skip a week or pause your subscription anytime. You can also change delivery frequency, recipes, and the number of portions you'd like to receive.
  • Is there a minimum order amount?
    Each recipe is designed for two portions, and the minimum order per box is 4 portions. Mix and match recipes as you please!
  • Do you do breakfasts, lunches and desserts?
    We don't offer breakfast, lunch, or dessert options at the moment, but stay tuned! We have some exciting ideas cooking in the test kitchen.
  • How can I contact Customer Service?

  • I forgot my password, how do I get a new one?
    Click "Login" on our startpage and then select "forgot password?". We'll send you a link to reset your password via email.
  • Is it possible to change my order after it has been placed?
    Yes! Go to "My Account" to edit your order. Depending upon your region, you have up to 5 or 6 days before your delivery day to make changes. You can always see how many days you have left to edit your order by logging into your account.

Recipes and ingredients:

  • Where do you source your ingredients from?
    We always source what’s in season to ensure you cook with the freshest fruits and vegetables, and work with trusted suppliers to deliver quality fish, poultry, and meat to your table. Whether it’s grass-fed beef, Berkshire pork, or antibiotic-free chicken, we source proteins with pride. We also partner with small-batch producers who make one-of-a-kind products with local ingredients.
  • Do you offer vegetarian dishes?
    Our chefs created seven inspiring dishes every week, all displayed on our website. We offer a good mix of vegetarian, fish and meat options so that everyone can enjoy our products.
  • How long will the ingredients stay fresh after delivery?
    We ensure that your meat, fish or dairy products are delivered cold and can be stored in the fridge for a maximum of 4 days.
  • When and how can I see the recipes for the following week?
    Click on "Current Recipes" to see our menus for this week and the following week.
  • Do I need ingredients in addition to the goods delivered?
    Yes. You'll need some basics like oil and salt, as we assume that everyone has some at home. We let you know what you'll need before you order, which we'll send to you again with your shipping confirmation.

Delivery:

  • Where does Martha & Marley Spoon deliver?
    We deliver to most of the contiguous US states. Shipping is always free of charge!
  • When are the boxes delivered?
    Delivery days and times depend on your location. To see what days are available in your area click on “Pricing” at the top of this page, select a plan, and enter your zip code and email address.
  • How are the ingredients kept fresh during transit?
    We use ice packs and insulated liners to keep contents cool and guarantee optimal freshness.
  • Do I have to pay for shipping?
    Shipping is free of charge.

Membership and boxes

  • What boxes do you offer?
    We currently offer two options: a 2-person box and a family box. Both allow you to choose how many nights a week you'd like to cook with Marley Spoon.
  • What is the difference between the two boxes?
    The 2-person box is ideal for 2 adults. The family box is ideal for 2 adults and 2 children, and offers recipes that are kid-friendly.
  • How can I switch boxes?
    Head to the “Settings" tab under "My Account" and select the “Edit Plan" button. Please note, this will not affect your current order. To change the plan on your current order, please contact customer care at contact@marleyspoon.com.
  • What is a flexible subscription?
    A flexible subscription means you decide which weeks to receive Marley Spoon deliveries, and you only pay for what you receive. Visit your account area to switch weeks on and off. You can plan up to two months in advance!
  • How do I cancel my subscription?
    You can easily do so in your account area under "My settings", but we'll be sad to see you go.
