  • How can I select and edit my recipes?

    Each week you can choose from 40+ different meat, fish, vegetarian, vegan, fast, healthy, family-friendly, low carb, and no added gluten options from the menu. We will autofill your box with selected recipes based on your taste profile, but you can adjust them as long as your box hasn’t shipped.

  • What do I need to have at home?

    We provide almost everything, but you'll need a few of the basics like oil, salt, and pepper to perfect your recipes. Missing anything? Check out our Market (located in your Account section) for all of your pantry needs -- added right to your next box!

  • Can I skip, pause, or cancel a delivery?

    Yes! Our flexible subscription allows you to edit, pause, or cancel your boxes at any time. Any changes made will take effect on all future orders that have not yet been shipped. We send you an email reminder every week before your cutoff date to keep you on track.

  • How long will my ingredients stay fresh?

    We fill your boxes with insulation and ice packs to keep your ingredients fresh, chilled and delicious during transit. When stored correctly, vegetables will stay fresh for a minimum of 4 days. We recommend eating or freezing fish within 2 days, and meat within 3 days.

  • Where does Martha Stewart & Marley Spoon deliver?
