With the end of summer and the transition into back-to-school season, early September can be a busy time for families. The tasks of back to school shopping and returning to old routines aren’t the most fun to do as we say goodbye to the summer. Luckily, we’ve devised ways to ease the difficulties of early fall with the most simple, yet delicious, recipes. We’ve taken some classics and made them even better, like our buckwheat ham and cheese crepes and our 30-minute zucchini parmesan. We’ve also ventured into more novel terrain with the inclusion of tempeh, brought to us in an original recipe by our guest chef Heidi Swanson.
So while we might be a little reluctant to say goodbye to the summer for good, fall is full of things to get excited about. Like pumpkin spice, changing leaves, and the perfect back-to-school meals that we’ve worked on here at Marley Spoon.
