Once you’ve signed up for our services, you will get the chance to put together your very first Marley Spoon meal kit. Take a sneak peek of next week’s menu to know what you’re signing up for, if you like. Then, simply select the number of portions you want for each recipe and we’ll send you exactly the right amount – no more, no less! You can plan for up to six meals per week this way. Most people choose to customize their recipe orders a week in advance, but if you want to get ahead of the game you can also plan for the next 2-3 weeks all at once.

All of our 100+ weekly recipes are chef-designed meals that have nutritional balance in mind. Just how healthy your meal kit is each week is up to you – we create a range of recipes so that you have an optimum amount of choice, with categories like ‘low-carb’, ‘meat-free’ or ‘quick & easy’ to make meeting your needs as easy as possible. On a diet or wanting to eat healthy? Simply check out our ‘healthy’ recipes first & foremost and get ordering!
