It’s bursting with vegetables such as cherry tomatoes and broccoli, but most importantly it has our favorite part of a burger—the ground beef! A special creamy dressing flavored with ketchup and relish combines classic burger toppings into one, fantastic sauce. Cook, relax, and enjoy!
What you’ll need:
1 lb broccoli
1 pint cherry tomatoes
¼ cup sour cream
¼ cup mayonnaise
2 ½ Tbsp ketchup
¼ cup pickle relish
1 brioche hamburger bun
1 lb slider burgers
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
olive oil
coarse salt
freshly ground black pepper
Equipment:
rimmed baking sheet
large heavy skillet, preferably cast iron
Recipe steps:

Prep vegetables
Cut broccoli into large florets. Halve tomatoes. -
Make dressing
Whisk sour cream, mayonnaise, ketchup, and relish until smooth. Whisk in 2 tablespoons oil and season with salt and pepper. -
Toast croutons
Preheat broiler with rack 6 inches from heat source. Tear bun into pieces. Spread on a rimmed baking sheet and season well with salt and pepper. Broil until golden, 1–2 minutes. -
Cook burgers
Heat a heavy skillet over medium-high. Season burger patties with salt and pepper. Add to hot skillet and cook until browned, 2–3 minutes. Flip burgers and cook on the other side until browned, about 2 minutes more. Add Worcestershire sauce and swirl in the pan. Remove burgers to a cutting board. -
Cook broccoli
Bring 1 inch of water to a boil in a large saucepan. Add broccoli to saucepan, cover, and steam until just tender, about 4 minutes. Drain and chop roughly. Season with salt. -
Finish
Cut burgers in half and divide among plates, or place on a platter with broccoli, tomatoes, and croutons. Drizzle with dressing. Enjoy!
