No fancy seasonings required. Case in point: This whole roasted cauliflower with its caramelized florets packing delicious, rich flavor.

What you’ll need: 1 whole head of cauliflower 1 large sheet of parchment paper large enough to wrap around the whole cauliflower Extra Virgin Olive Oil Salt and Pepper

How to make it: Place the cauliflower in the center of the parchment paper and drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Seal the cauliflower in the parchment paper, place on a baking tray and roast in the oven at 400 degrees for about an hour or until florets are caramelized and cauliflower is cooked through.
