Biography

In the kitchen, I value fun and simplicity first and foremost. I begin with thinking about the ingredients -- not just how they'll taste, but how the different textures balance each other and how they'll look together on the plate. I am always finding new inspiration in New York City and during my travels, and make sure to taste everything I can. To me, the absolute best part of cooking is sharing the experience and the food with friends and family.
