Biography
Lucinda Scala Quinn’s career has spanned that of chef, food editor and television host. She’s published four cookbooks, Lucinda’s Authentic Jamaican Kitchen, Lucinda’s Rustic Italian Kitchen, Mad Hungry: Feeding Men & Boys, Mad Hungry Cravings. Mad Hungry Family will be published fall of 2016. As the mother of three boys, she believes there are few things more important—or pleasurable—than cooking for your family, and passing the skills on.
