During our sign-up process, you can pick the number of meals you would like to make each week and how many people you’ll be cooking for. We’ll then send you the right amount of food each week for your meal prep needs. Pro tip: if you’re a real fan of one recipe in particular, you can always increase the number of portions you would like of this meal over another choice. If you like variety, select three, four, five or more meals to prep from our list of 100+ recipes.

Prep time for our recipes varies according to which ones you select, but most take 30 minutes or less. We do have a specific category of ‘quick & easy’ recipes you can select if you’re really short on time, and all cooking times are listed on the recipes so that you can make an informed choice about which ones will suit your schedule for any given week.

Buying groceries online can be convenient, but this does nothing to tackle the stress or hassle of meal prep and planning. A meal kit service from Martha Stewart & Marley Spoon makes life easier by suggesting 100+ tasty recipes each week and then sending you all the ingredients and instructions you need to put your favorites together.

Once you’ve selected your recipes for the week, our team will then pre-portion just the right amount of ingredients and produce you need for each recipe and send this to you, along with a printed menu card so you can prep the meal with ease at home. We don’t usually send all the basics we expect you have at home (e.g. oil, flour, salt & pepper) to avoid wastage, but you receive everything else (e.g. meat/fish, vegetables, spices, sauces) needed for the recipe.

If you need a break from the meal prep service, you can pause your delivery the week before it ships (usually up to 4 or 5 days before it’s due to be delivered, depending on your zip code). This is handy in case you go out of town for a week, for example, since we don’t want to waste the food! Skip as many weeks as you need to – you’re in control.
